Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship in 2 to 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail, unless specified otherwise on an item's product page (i.e. personalized and print per order items). If additional shipping supplies need to be acquired to safely ship your order, then your order will ship in 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and you should receive your delivery in 2 to 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours after you receive your shipped email for your tracking number to provide shipment information. For commission pieces, the cost of shipping cannot be determined prior to the creation of the piece. Only a rough shipping estimate can be suggested prior to creation.

Return & Exchange Policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges, however, if you ever experience a physical problem with any of your purchases, please contact me so that I can assist you with the issue. Due to the variances in how computer monitors and electronic screens display color, color discrepancies cannot be considered a valid issue. I take extreme care in creating and packaging all of my art so that it arrives to its destination intact. It is normal for a small bit of residual loose sand to vibrate off during shipment. But if your item somehow arrives damaged, I may be able to talk you through a minor fix or I may be able to perform an unnoticeable repair if there is more than minor damage, so please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your item with a picture of the damage so that we can work through getting it repaired. If it is determined that the damage was caused by the mail carrier, please provide pictures of the damaged item and also any shipping box damage (prior to opening) to assist me with filing a claim. If you have not alerted me to any damage within 48 hours of receipt of the item, all costs for repair and shipping will be at your expense.

If your art experiences a mishap unrelated to shipping (i.e, damaged after a fall), whether it be a month or a year or more down the road, you can still send it back to me for repair, however, repair and shipping costs for return and re-mailing will be at the client's expense. Frame damage is an exception and cannot be repaired. Solutions and costs for each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me if there is an issue. Please do not send any item back without contacting me first so that I can evaluate if a repair is possible and what steps need to be taken.
